Commercial estates offer different challenges. Our close liaison with both owners and tenants enables us to monitor parking areas, CCTV requirements and overall site security.
Management
Management is undertaken by Philip Voke and his personal assistant giving you direct contact with the principle of the company rather than various members of staff not having the same amount of interest and enthusiasm.
Maintenance
We have access to a wonderful team of our own employees and subcontractors ensuring general repairs and maintenance can be actioned quickly and efficiently. For larger projects we consult with all residents and get multiple tenders.

Property owners say
Mr Voke manages a block of flats in which we own a rental flat. As we were pleased with how he managed the block, in 2016 we asked Voke Properties to organise and carry out the complete refurbishment of our flat, including a replacement kitchen, repainting throughout, putting in double glazed windows and replacing some of the furniture.
We had a tight budget and Voke Properties delivered a very nicely finished flat within the budget.
We were only able to visit the works the once, as we live at some distance, the rest was managed by email with photographs.
There were no misunderstandings and our requirements were listened to and discussed as to feasibility. They have managed the flat since the refurbishment, selecting the tenants and carrying out maintenance and everything has gone very smoothly. We have recently moved our other rental property in Reading to their management and all is going well there - the tenants are happy and maintenance issues are being promptly attended to.
