Philip Voke has been managing and maintaining properties for the last 45 years. A keen interest in property and a proactive nature ensures all clients receive a personal service safe in the knowledge that Philip has their best interests at heart.

We have clients who may own one property which is their pension fund and unlike most of our competitors we arrange for their rent to be paid directly to the landlord and the landlord settles our fees separately.

For the management of residential estates, Philip is usually employed by the management company and generally assumes the role of company secretary.

We ensure prompt collection of service charges and oversee the maintenance of the estate by approved subcontractors for garden maintenance and cleaning of common areas and windows.

We work closely with selected local estate agents and if we have a unit becoming empty we can assist using local estate agents to search for tenants. Local agents also often approach us to refurbish properties for overseas clients.

No two developments are the same and therefore all management agreements are bespoke.
